Ordering
How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple. Browse our weekly menu online, select your favourite dishes, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards for secure payment.
How does the ordering process work?
All orders are placed online through our website. To ensure every meal is freshly prepared to a high standard, orders must be placed by 8pm the day before your chosen delivery date.
How many delivery slots are available?
To maintain the quality of every delivery, slots are limited each evening and can occasionally sell out. We'd always recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Delivery
What days do you deliver?
We currently deliver on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
What time are deliveries?
At checkout, you can choose a one-hour delivery slot between 4pm and 7pm.
Are the meals delivered hot?
Yes - meals are delivered hot and ready to enjoy. Some dishes may also be suitable for reheating later, with instructions included where appropriate.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to Wells and nearby villages including Easton, Westbury-sub-Mendip, Coxley, Wookey, Haybridge, North Horrington, South Horrington and Dulcote.
We plan to expand our delivery area as the business grows. If you're just outside our current delivery zone, please get in touch and we'll keep you updated.
Can I collect my order?
We're currently focusing on home deliveries only while we get everything running smoothly. Collections may be something we explore in the future.
The Menu
What kind of food do you offer?
We offer proper homemade comfort food, freshly prepared using quality ingredients. Our menu includes slow-cooked classics, lighter seasonal dishes, vegetarian options and freshly prepared favourites - all made with care and delivered ready to enjoy.
How much do meals cost?
Most main meals are priced in the £8–£12 range, depending on the dish. We're committed to offering great quality at a sensible price.
Will there be vegetarian options?
Yes. Vegetarian dishes feature alongside our main range and are clearly labelled on the menu. We will build these in as we grow.
Will you offer gluten-free or dairy-free dishes?
We aim to include selected dishes made without gluten-containing ingredients, as well as some dairy-free options where possible. Full allergen information is always available for every dish.
Will there be smaller portion options?
We're currently exploring lighter and smaller portion options following feedback from local customers.
Do you offer Sunday roasts?
Sunday roasts are something we're very keen to offer once the main service is fully established. Watch this space!
